What Makes Pueblo Different
Denver's problem is freeze-thaw. Boulder's problem is UV. Fort Collins has hail. Pueblo has all of the above plus summer heat that the rest of the Front Range doesn't deal with.

Winter meltwater freezes at the base too. Less often than Denver since Pueblo gets less snow. But when it happens - same story. Door bonds to concrete.
